- A: No, it is not a concentrate. Use as directed: Pre-operative skin preparation: • after the surgical area is clipped, wet it with water • apply Scrub (1 cc is sufficient to cover an area of 20-30 square inches), develop lather and scrub thoroughly for about 5 minutes • rinse off using sterile gauze saturated with water • the area may then be painted with BETADINE Solution Veterinary and allowed to dry • for use on companion animals, including dogs, cats, and horses8 years agoHelpful?

I don't go anywhere with out Betadine!

My Quarter Horse needed stitches and a drain tube in place back in July, 2015.
The first thing we used was sheet cotton, drenched down with water and added a couple squirts of Betadine. This is a wonderful product and now I will be using it for & to prevent and get rid of my horses Cellulitis (Leg Infection). Thank you!

I wanted and ordered the surgical scrub for a curbside pick up, but when I got home I realized that it is the solution, not scrub. I called the store to let them know they had the wrong product advertised on their site.

Always a pleasure with TS. There associates always go above and beyond. The products are great along with the ingredients. I have 2 XL bullies and they never make me feel ashamed of there breed always so kind and lets not mention the mobile vet they offer that comes to the site. Thank you for everything !

We used this product in accordance with our veterinarians recommendations and it absolutely didn't disappoint. Our horses problems started to clear up very quickly and without other medication.

Great all around product I keep on hand

Great product, I have used this for so many different issues. Rain rot on horses, skin issues on dogs even bathing dogs with it that have sarcoptic or demodex mange to stop any secondary bacterial infections while they're being treated. Its my first go to with new rescue with any skin issue. I have never had any issues with it and have been using at least 20 years on many. I do rescue so im always looking for inexpensive multi use products. Ive never had any reaction from it myself or any animal Ive used it on.
