Dee was amazing in taking care of getting my empty propane tank filled with safety in mind. The end of his connector was bent/damaged from someone dropping it, so to get it to fit my tank he had to manipulate the connector with pliers and a huge pipe wrench. But he did great in finally getting it on my tank!!! Then at the cash register Laci Jo was so happy and smiling when I paid. Such a great staff and friendly staff!!!

I'm tired of fighting the workers to do their job filling tanks. If it's cold, hot, dark they won't. There is always a excuse at the Carlyle, IL store. Even after speaking with the manager several times. It take.2 or 3 trips to get tanks filled. Today the sign said $3.39 per.gallon. They charged me $3.79 per gallon. Reported to the manager and his reply was. "How i he suppose.to.know what the posted price is outside." I'm done!

I like the propane , access for refill and customer service. Jean , who is a staff member, is always so up beat , polite , helpful and has an uplifting spirit when you walk through the door . Thank you very much fo the fantastic service

When I got there with my RV, The attendant, Jeremiah, was very busy, had a long line of people with portable propane tanks, but kept track of each customer, communicated well with each of us, told personswho came after me when I was next, and quickly and safely pumped propane nto my RV's built in tank.
Nice guy, personable, efficient, and good customer service skills.
