This sleeve fresh out of the bag seemed fabulous. Nice and tight, did not slide or twist on my arm. It stayed pretty well in place. After 3-4 days of wearing this thing began to have an odor and the material is seperating from the neoprene. The seperation is not a major issue at this point. The odor, however, is almost unbearable when I take it off. Be prepared to have your arm smell like it's been in a cast for 6 months. The sleeve smells the same. No exaggeration and I don't even sweat excessively on a daily basis. The sleeve has not been stretched out badly, still fits about the same as when I got it. I've played baseball and basketball all my life and wore multiple sleeves - story short - I would not highly recommend this sleeve.
