These veterinary syringes have ultra-sharp needles and clear polypropylene barrels for easy viewing of fluids. The luer lock enables use with more viscous liquids. Q: Are these threaded to be able to apply any 1 to 1 1/2 size needle. I need 18G to draw and 22G to inject.

- A: The luer on all Producer’s Pride and Ideal Instrument’s syringes are universal and will fit any size needle. The hub size of the needle does not change with gauge of needle. Luer lock means they will twist on and lock in place, luer slip means they slip on. Again, these are all compatible will all needles.2 years agoHelpful?
