This patio door lock is constructed of a steel plunger bolt with a plastic knob and housing. Comes in a white finish. It features a 5/16 in. diameter bolt with a 3/8 in. throw. The mounting hole centers are 13/32 in. x 1-3/4 in. on center. This secondary lock provides increased security when ventilating or securing your sliding door or window. Mounts onto the lower face of the bottom rail and is simple to install with some minor drilling required.

  • Used on patio sliding door systems as a secondary security locking device or a ventilating lock
  • 7/8 inch x 1-3/4 inch hole centers with a 7/16 inch throw, pin diameter is 5/16 inch use a 9/64 inch drill bit for the bolt hole
  • Fits most sliding vinyl panels by mounting on the sliding panel door
  • Steel locking bolt with 7/16 inch throw and a white nylon housing with step-on lock
  • Use caution NOT to drill into your glass panel
  • Please refer to the line art drawing for dimensions and compare with your needs before purchasing (Not Universal)

    Horrible Door Locks.

    Taking these back to the store for refund as installation is impossible.

    No, I do not recommend this product.
