Not really rubber. They are a little more flexible than the hard plastic ones. A good value now, only time will tell if they flex or crack over a winter.

Used for hot poly rope fence.

Smaller than expected, but the handle still larger than a hand. Hooks very easily, tied into a Poly Rope. Does not having a spring! But is able to hold tension with some slack in the rope when unhooked.
