Haven't really had to use it yet but the install was easy and so was the hookup had a little trouble but all it turned out to be was a bad ground soon as I got it figured out worked great so far

Bought for my 22 Ram 3500. Fit in bumper in behind light bar. Fits tight but works. Only problem I had was bolts to hold it in place are to short. Havent really had to use it yet

price was on sale, and I was able to upgrade to a more powerful winch for the same price as a smaller ones with limits in pulling power - Less load, more wait time for unit to cool, multiple turnbuckles to handle the weight, slower pulls, etc.
