    Worst manager in Claremont NH

    Online purchase went from bad to worse.We needed a deck pulley for one of our commercia lmowers, we googled the exmark oem part number and this T/S pulley popped up, the Claremont store showed it available and a online purchase led us to a instore pickup. 40 minute drive and it was the wrong part and the manager refused to come to the front to issue a refund, we waited 20 minutes and left, her unloading a truck was more important then waiting on a customer, we will never be back.
