Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looses connection easily I bought this collar last night at my local TSS.. Downloaded app and fully charged collar. I put it on my Beagle and she didn’t flinch when I was testing out the shock levels on her - all the way up to 10! She did react to the vibration setting though and alerted to the beep. Unfortunately the app would loose connection especially if my phone went to sleep or I switched to use another app. I still gave it a try hoping it was intermittent but it wasn’t. Once it looses its signal sometimes it was easy to reconnect and sometimes it couldn’t find it with her laying next to me. I bought this to help with barking during unwanted situations and off leash boundary training. Returning this one. Wish it would have worked!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from App Connection Proplems I’ve had the collar for six months. At first is seemed to work great. Now I can’t get the collar to connect with the app/phone. I’ve deleted/reinstalled the app, made sure the Bluetooth has no other connections and nothing seems to correct the issue. Such a waste of time and money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Need help I just bought this collar today. My phone is connecting to a collar however.. I don’t know if it’s mine! I attempted to put a pin in and it says “incorrect pin” so I’m assuming a) it’s some one else’s collar picking up or b) my collar was never reset when re packaged. How do you know which collar is yours when the manual has no indication what your “ID” is?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from App problems I had no trouble connecting the first time from the app and it worked fine. Exited the app and went back in to the app and it couldn’t find my device. Redownloaded the app disconnect all Bluetooth connections, including smart watch, and tried again. Same thing happened. It connected great the first time then couldn’t find the device after. Bought this product to keep my dog safe, but it can’t be trusted to be user friendly every time.

How do I reset the collar pin when I have lost it and got a new phone?

Thank you for your question! If you need to reset the PIN on your collar, run through the steps below: • Start with the collar powered on. • Press and hold the On/Off button on the collar. • The red LED light will come on, the collar will beep (high to low) and turn off. • Continue to hold for an additional 10 seconds. • There should be two quick beeps with a green light. At this point, the PIN has been reset. If there is no beep, then the button was likely released too soon. If this is the case, power the collar back on and then the hold button as if powering it back off but do not release the button.

I have two dogs. Can you add a collar

Thank you for your question! Our Smart Dog Trainer can only be used with one dog at a time. You will not be able to add multiple collars to the app to use at the same time.
