Kaitlyn is awesome. Asks how things are going, and addresses how to work on any issues. Very caring and professional. Works to correct any behavioral issues and teaches how to work with my pup.

Thin plastic crate

I purchases two of these crates to fit into a small space with little headroom. They work well for that purpose. The interior size is fine for short confinement for 6 pounds and under. The plastic is very thin on this crate and feels like it will break or crack easily. It has a basic door with spring latch. I have thought I latched it several times, only to be surprised by my pet being out and about. You can't latch and go, you must double check, as it feels like it's in the aligned holes but it is not. I will call that user error, as I now double check which is just a good idea. Overall, I do not believe this crate will fit the size pet as advertised and I do not feel it is a secure travel crate.

No, I do not recommend this product.
