Q: I'm confused about the material used for the wire/mesh. The description says the stainless steel is galvanized to prevent corrosion- but stainless steel doesn't rust, so that doesn't make sense. Is this instead, zinc or aluminum mesh that is coated?

The Kennel itself is good. My issue is that it literally fell off the truck when being delivered to my home. The Kennel sustained damage and I am having a pickle of a time getting a reaponse from TSC customer service. After being on hold for an hour I was asked to rend pictures, which I did, and was told that this would be discussed with the leadership team amd they would get back to me. It has been 3 days and I have not heard back yet. I am very disappointed in TSCs customer care.

Kennels will rust quickly

I love TractorSupply. But these dog kennels that they have are terrible. If you buy one for an indoor kennel and you make sure it stays dry all the time then it may be fine. But if you have your kennel outside and it rains or you don’t wash the urine off of them, it will barely last one year. So in summary, if you need a kennel for a year or less then these are good ones for you. Anything more than that you are wasting your money.
