This Permatex RTV Silicone Adhesive Spray is a general-purpose, black RTV indoor/outdoor sealant with a low odor formula. It seals, bonds, repairs, mends, and secures glass, metal, plastics, fabric, vinyl, weather stripping, and vinyl tops. The silicone adhesive spray also protects and repairs electrical wiring. Waterproof and flexible, it may be applied to horizontal or vertical surfaces. Durable, this Permatex adhesive spray resists water, weather, and vibration.

- Suggested automobile applications: door frames, electrical connections, seams and roofs, vinyl tops, and weather stripping (Not recommended for engine gasket applications)
- Suggested marine applications: windshields, hatches, electrical connections, seams and roofs, vinyl tops, and weather stripping
- Directions: Clean and dry all surfaces. Cut the nozzle to your desired bead size, and apply the waterproof adhesive sealant to one surface and assemble immediately. The surfaces being bonded may need clamping for 1 hour or until silicone is firm. The silicone skins and becomes tack free in one hour. Allow 24 hours for full cure and maximum strength under normal conditions. Allow more time in cold or very dry conditions. Trim excess with a sharp knife after cure. Clean uncured silicone from hands, tools, and clothing with Fast Orange Hand Cleaner.
- Please note most paint will not adhere to the silicone, so surfaces should be painted first and then sealed
