The Permatex Clear RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant is a general-purpose, clear RTV indoor/outdoor sealant. The Permatex threadlocker sealant seals, bonds, repairs, mends and secures glass, metal, plastics, fabric, vinyl, weather stripping and vinyl tops. It protects and repairs electrical wiring and may be applied to horizontal or vertical surfaces. Permatex high-temp threadlocker sealant is waterproof and flexible and resists water, weather and vibration. It is not recommended for windshield installation.
