The Permatex High-Strength Threadlocker Red is OEM specified. The high-strength threadlocker is designed for heavy-duty applications 3/8 in. to 1 in. (10 mm to 25 mm). Especially well-suited for permanently locking studs and press fits, the Permatex high-strength threadlocker adds 3,000 PSI holding power on slip and press fit assemblies. It locks against vibration loosening and may require heat or special tools for removal. This threadlocker also conforms to ASTM D5363 AN0221 (Mil-S-46163A, Type 1, Grade K). Available in a mL tube, this strong threadlocker is a great choice for a wide array of applications.

Permatex threadlocker can also be used for air starter fasteners, suspension fasteners, shock absorber mounts, wheel studs, exhaust system mounts, bumper fasteners
