- The sweet fruit has tons of health benefits and is rich in antioxidants. It is also a good source of vitamins C and E. Different varieties of pomegranates may look a kaleidoscope of colors from yellow to bright red in color.
- The fruit size is up to about 4-5 inches in diameter, about the size of a grapefruit. The rind is smooth and leathery with a persistent, tubular sepal at the pomegranate flowers end.
