The hopper allows us to only have to fill the stove once a week (we also clean it out then too.)

Received damaged

Received the hopper damaged, was offered a 75 dollar off for keeping the damaged hopper. But my time and the materials needed to repair are worth more than 75 dollars. So when i asked for a refund the customer supprt agent gladely accepted but i still haven't received the refund.
