A cubic foot of dirt mixed with topsoil can weigh about 80 pounds or 0.04 short tons, in general, it can be range between 74 – 110 pounds per cubic foot, dry loose dirt can weigh around 76 lbs per cubic foot, and while moist loose dirt can weight around 78 lbs per cubic foot. So roughly 518 - 770 pounds depending on the type of dirt/soil mixture3 years agoHelpful?

Rusting Through

Purchased this in summer of 2024. After 1 1/2 years, this product is completely rusted out, to the point it has eaten through the metal and we have a hole. We have emptied out all of the dirt. What do you do with dirt that has been exposed to rust? This is going to the garbage. Based on the price, there are far superior products out there. I would not reccommend this based on our experience.
