- A: The surface coating of this product contains a small amount of lead, the lead content complies with laboratory testing standards. The manufacturer does not recommend using it for growing vegetables.9 months agoHelpful?

This planter is absolutely beautiful. It’s very sturdy and has held up well. We have 2 of them on a long uncovered deck that I plant flowers in that stay good and healthy all summer. I was a little concerned about the metal being too hot for healthy plants in full Sun, but that is not a problem and the planter is full from edge to edge with my shorter trailing plants hanging over the front side. We’ve had them 3 years now and they still look brand new, no wear, no rust, and they stay on the deck year round.

Great planter

I like this planter…I bought two. One went together easier than the second one. I am an older female and had no problems other than sore thumbs. I want to grow vegetables in them. I will not have to bend over or squat down…which I have a hard time doing since I have two bad knees. Would recommend to anyone who wants a raised garden….veggies or flowers. Love it.
