The Palram - Canopia Mythos series greenhouse is the perfect growing structure for hobby gardeners. Equipped with twin-wall polycarbonate panels and a durable frame, your growing needs and wants are met under one roof. Twin-wall polycarbonate is the leading choice for quality hobby greenhouse coverings because of its durability, light diffusing properties and heat retaining ability. The twin-wall roof and side panels on the Mythos block 99.9% of harmful solar UV radiation and create a system of diffused light, which helps maximizes plant growth and eliminates the risk of plant burn and shade areas. Palram - Canopia's version of this virtually unbreakable polymer is made only with virgin materials that won't become brittle or discolor over time. Featuring a rust-resistant, brushed aluminum frame and heavy-duty galvanized steel base for structural support, the Mythos series greenhouse is designed to stand for years to come. Other features include integrated rain gutters to channel water for sustainable irrigation, a magnetic door catch and one roof vent to help moderate air flow and temperature to maximize growing conditions.

Q: I was going to install on the ground ( i have a flat backyard in the MS Delta) and make a pea gravel floor. Do i need to get the anchor kit?
5 years ago- A: We actually put down a frame of treated wood & then anchored the greenhouse to that and into the ground. If we hadn’t done that, I think it would have blown over.5 years agoHelpful?

Q: We live in an area which can get 30 - 50 mile an hour wind storms. Usually the winds are around 7-10 miles an hour. Can this greenhouse withstand these kind of conditions?
9 years ago- A: The Palram Nature Series Mythos greenhouse was tested to about 50 mph when properly anchored. Be sure to anchor the greenhouse well to a wood or cement foundation. In addition you can purchase a Palram Nature Series Anchor Kit. For areas with high winds this is a must. Thank you.9 years agoHelpful?
Q: Can heat lamps be used inside this greenhouse during cold winter months?
9 years ago- A: There are several ways to heat your greenhouse. Heat lamps is one of them. If you hang them, make sure they are not too heavy for the roof to handle. Keep in mind with any heat source to make sure it is not too close to the polycarbonate to prevent melting. Also keep in mind that during the day when the sun is shining, the temperature inside the greenhouse can be 20-40 degrees warmer. But then at night, without a heat source, the inside temperature will be the same as the outdoor temperature. Thank you.9 years agoHelpful?
