I struggle to find a comfortable hiking shoe/boot, so I took a chance on these off-brand boots after reviewing a couple reviews, and because they had a steel shank. I knew the moment I tried ONE shoe on that they were not going to be comfortable, as there was a fair amount of downward pressure on the top of the shoe. They were also rather cumbersome in design, and the quality of materials just didn't seem to be there. I returned them.

These fit well and feel very supportive for previously injured weak ankles. I hope to be using soon on hikes, so will know more then. Ordering and store pick up was easy and these were a much better price than I could find anywhere else for the same boot!

I bought these boots online and I really liked the look, price and tread on the boots. I ended up ordering a size 8 which ended up being very large for me, about and inch longer than the boots I usually wear. I returned them and ordered a 7 -1/2 and ended up returning them too because they weren't any smaller than the 8. I gave up on them and will get boots that I can try on instead.

Went hiking & encountered streams with slippery rocks & the sole gripped the rock for unbelievable traction! The inner sole is great support for my foot impact! I'm extremely pleased with my Pacific trail hiking boots!
