I have been buying this product for quite a while and it was good quality, until I received this shipment of 3 boxes (regular subscription online). I contacted the manufacturer/producer. They asked me for a lot of information, which I provided together with pictures. Then they claim they were going to drop my claim because I had not pursued it, which is not true. I resent all the data. They reply: the product is beyond the warranty period!!! Do people buy pet food at the last minute when their supply is running out, so they would discovered the awful product they are receiving? I do not do that. I purchase ahead and like to keep some in storage for emergencies, like I do not wait until my pantry is empty to buy food supplies for myself. The attached picture shows only a few pieces of the unacceptable stuff.

This hay was bought as an emergency when I noticed that our bunny had almost completely stopped eating the timothy hay we had recently purchased for him in a 25 lb. box. I am not sure what the problem was, but he had to find some timothy hay fast, and I am picky with what I give our bunny. I saw this online at Tractor Supply and sent my husband to pick it up after we bought it online, sight unseen. I couldn't have been happier with this box of timothy hay as it is full and soft and best of all, our bunny happily started munching it up right away! Highly recommend! Tractor Supply saves the day!

My rabbit was eating kaytee timothy hay.But now, since i've started her on this, she loves it.And will not eat anything else the smell is good, the texture.And I cannot say enough about this

Usually I hate oxbow hay (especially their 50lb size, which is usually filled with stall, brown hay) but this box was fantastic. Lush green, fresh, and according to my critters, very tasty.
