Q: We bought a tube today and the consistency is so thick neither my husband nor I could hardly squeeze it out of the tube. Is this normal? I can't imagine it would be.

If the products consistency, doesnt become more pliable after allow to come to room temperature, please feel free to return it to the store for an exchange or full refund.3 years agoHelpful?
