We bought 4Health after researching the effects of low-cost corn-based pet food on our pets. We were disturbed that so many of the health problems associated with these cheaper foods were present in our animals. But, like many in the present economy, we couldn't figure out how to budget the super-high end non-corn foods. We started to compare them all by price per pound and ingredients lists, and luckily, found 4Health. It is so much cheaper than S.D., or I., or any of the others, that we couldn't justify NOT buying it for our pets, even on a limited budget. I even showed our vet the ingredients list, which he approved...then told him the price, which is when he wrote down the name of the food & where to get it for his own animals! We switched our entire household of indoor & outdoor pets to this brand. Usually, a food switch takes a week of mixing 2 foods, old & new, so there are no stomach issues during the transition. I'd read other reviews of this product regarding sensitive stomachs, and decided to put the new food to the ultimate test. We switched straight away to 4Health, and threw the old ~cheap~ food out in the compost pile for the bugs. ;-) Amazingly, NO stomach problems! Indoor & outdoor cats & dogs gave me NO trouble about the new food, which surprised me because it wasn't NEAR as stinky as the old food...less stinky usually means our pets won't touch it. Less stinky food = less funky litterbox. You just can't beat that. There's also less waste, and the the cats are eating less but staying full: We have a VERY overweight cat who's been on a diet for several months. With the old food, 3 scoops a day had her constantly begging for more. As soon as we switched to 4Health, she was unable to finish her daily 3, and is now very happy with only 2 scoops a day. We also have a VERY skinny and finicky cat who literally requires her own plate on a higher level than the other cat...even then, she usually picks at her food, then huffs off after a few bites...leaving the other ~FAT~ cat to finish off her helping while no one is watching. ;-) No more of that with 4Health! Skinny Mini must really like the taste, because she finishes off her dinner in one sitting now. Skin and coats are healthier, and both seem to have more energy. Less hairball activity, too. I couldn't be more impressed with this chow, and neither could our brood. Also using 4Health puppy and all stages cat food, with excellent results. Read other reviews--this has got to be one of the best kept pet food secrets! :-D

been buying this for the last year when whiskas became unavailable, seemed to work real well as far as digestive issues, recently you changed the packaging and also the quality of the product, cat would only vomit every 3 months or so while consuming this food, now its multiple times a week, something wrong here, you lost my faith in quality control
