The National Plant Network 2.25 gal. Soft Touch Holly grows as a compact, mounding shrub with soft, glossy foliage accented by a silvery midvein. With leaves that resemble a boxwood, the common holly plant makes an excellent addition to shrub borders, walkways, formal hedges and decorative containers. Suitable for nearly any part of the country, 'Soft Touch' garden plants bear small black fruits that provide food for songbirds from late summer through the winter months. Holly is best suited for USDA hardiness zones 5-9, but will perform well in colder zones with proper winter protection.
