Not a good experience from the nursery

A few things: 1) the nursing company sent a wrong plant, but after calling the TSC team, they will replace one. 2) another camellia I received looks health at the first sight, but the roots ball was very new and cannot hold the soil in the pot. The plant was dying after a few days.

Camellia Sasanqua.

This plants should be sold at a much deeper discount. They arrived sick with different problems (e.g. tea scales) and I am not sure how many, if any, will survive. I ordered 9, 8 of them were packed in pairs. The packaging was solild, but somehow one of them had two branches broken. It would be nice if the seller provided the name of the specific variety to know how to treat it better.
