Not what I expected

I ordered two of these plants and they were not at all like the ones pictured. They were much smaller and skimpier, and arrived in pretty sad condition. Barely a root ball in the pots, and the two pots were shipped in a long, slender box without anything to keep them from sliding from end to end. When the box was opened by the associate in the store, one was sitting on top of the other, crushing it. I almost didn’t accept them but brought them on home, anyway, where I could begin rehabbing them. They also had some brown spots on them, so I had to prune them a bit when I got them home. They are looking better now that I’ve been working with them, but I wouldn’t pay what I paid again for such disappointing plants.
