Q: Does this splice just snap into place?, and if so way is there a hole drilled in it? One would think the hole is for a bolt but that would get in the way. Some installation instructions would be helpful or just a picture showing proper installation.

Does not fit because of the angle mounting brackets and you have to drill the hole out on the track not impressed at all with this product
