First off I want to say that whenever I buy national hardware products I find that they are the much higher quality than other manufacturers. Also there is a instruction manual that is available and it's online it's very detailed it says that these this is actually this most simple box rail hanger that national hardware makes. The product is premium heavy duty metal and I highly recommend this box rail hanger. We are using ours for a small shed roofed enclosure that will be used for our firewood storage but I wanted to be able to put doors on it to keep the water out of it. I saw that the local hardware sell other brands but because this will be a moving product that is exposed to weather I automatically said I got to go with national hardware because their products have the weather resistant coating on them. National hardware is my go-to product when I'm looking for something that's durable. So I'm using it as a two-door bypass and I'm going to use the double hanger that's called National Hardware N104-786 Barn Door Rail Bracket, Galvanized Double Box this will allow the two doors to be opened one side at a time but the door that's opening will cross over or bypass reducing the amount of space needed for the hanging equipment.

Bought all hardware available for the door. The box rail hanger “Trolly” seen above was not available so I ordered on line and picked up at store. I opened box at home and there is no way available to attach wheels to “L” bracket. The part was simply missing from the package. I ordered two and both were the same. Took back and the parts were not available to order. So I have all parts except this and Tractor Supply simply said “Sorry”. What a way to run a business. This is a brand new store in Greenwood, LA. The display did not have all the parts to build anything. What a shame. I’ll be bringing back all my hardware and searching else where for everything together. Very disappointed.
