I love these boots

This is my third or fourth pair not counting the ones I have bought for my daughters. However I do have a problem with the last two pairs. They developed a crack (not on a seam) and I couldn't patch them. Any patching material?

They are warm and kept my feet dry. They seem to run a little large, however I wear heavy socks plus I have bunions. The front of the ankle is a little stiff but I think it will soften up with time.
