THE PINNACLE OF MUCKPROOF PURSUIT BOOTS Featuring Realtree APX camo, the new Alpha Pursuit boot is built for high endurance pursuit and all terrain adventure. 100% waterproof, 100% MUCKPROOF, the lace up construction provides a tailored fit while the Muckskin overlays gives additional protection without adding unnecessary weight. The notched heel collar eliminates Achilles fatigue, and the rubber heel reinforcement keeps your feet always protected. The midsole is made from BioLite, a top-level, lightweight foam, as well as an aggressive rubber outsole for better traction and debris dispersion.

Waterproof but…

If you are looking for lace up boots that are waterproof, these boots deliver on that promise. Unfortunately the “pinch point” created by the inner boot liner gathering at the front of the inside ankle bone is real and a problem. I alleviated it by not lacing them as tightly but that allowed my foot to move around inside the boot and now one of the foot beds is starting to come apart after just two days afield. I’m not a podiatrist but I would consider my feet to be average shape with normal sized ankles.

Best hunting boots I ever had and owned I bought one pair then turned around a month later and bought another extra pair when these get wore out I hope muck never stops making these

This was a replacement pair of boots. I can no longer use the pull on boots due to an injury. These are excellent for the comfort.
