    Bad ball joints

    These ball joints were not the size indicated. The side connecting the tie rod was not 7/16-20 as advertised. The guess was more like 3/8-20. I tried 2 other sources all with the same problem. After waiting for 10 days to find no success, I drilled out the set that had and retapped the connecting rod end for 7/16-32. The project was a success.

    The ball joints are fine. They work but I take issue with the sizing. The listed dimensions are incorrect.

    These worked perfectly to repair our mower. Be sure to watch the year model this was created for to ensure you have the correct one, 1996 prior or 1997 and after. I am very pleased with my purchase and I don't have any complaints.
