Great Back Up Heater

Awesome heater, Easy to hook up, Holds set temperature very well within 1 degree. No smell after the fist time you fire it up. I would recommend this back heater to everyone. This heat kept my 1500
square foot house at 70 degrees for 36 hours do to snow storm power outage.

Well there are a few flaws to the design the feet are too short which causes the hose to bend against the floor releasing gas into the air. It's hard to lift it up because the hose is so close to the feet. Honestly I should have went with something else especially for the money I paid

My issue was not so much with the item itself, I did not get a chance to use it. When I purchased online and picked up in store, the item looked damaged and was not in a box. When asked the sales person got the manager who said the boxes were weather damaged. When I got home, it became obvious the item was missing needed assembly hardware and upon further inspection had significant rodent feces inside the product. My issue is not necessarily with this item but the store and process of buying online and picking up in store.
