I like the cameras very much. I'm still learning how to use everything on the cameras. I have called your support service and have been very pleased with the assistance they have given me with the exception of one customer support representstive who contacted me, identifying himself as a Supervisor, if he is, he shouldn't be. However all the others I spoke with were wonderful!
I bought the cameras to find my cat. What is basic plan I can buy? Is there a lower plan? I am not a hunter so I don't need a Buck List or Dear Surveys. I do like that I can survey what's going on around my property so I intend to continue using it. I enjoy seeing the pictures, they are clear night and day. I check them multiple times a day. I have never heard of a trail camera before. I tell everyone about mine and show them my pictures. Thank you for such a great product.

On remote property

These work really well. Although I am still having issues with the edge 3 connecting. My other edge pro seems to drain the batteries fast. Im not sure how well the sub 0 weather is on the cameras as well as the batteries. I did put new lithium ion batteries in them.
