The spring-loaded locking mechanism makes it easy to assemble. For stability and safety, it offers an adjustable, steel-reinforced plywood platform, spring-loaded lock and 5-in. double-locking casters. Steel tubes with a yellow poly powder-coated finish make it built to last.

You will find the following: This product is designed to be used and stored indoors. The use or the exterior storage could result in structural deterioration due to rust and damaged or can lead to rotting wood framing. Store dry. Q: I need to reach the top peak of the house at the roof peak. Can additional "stories" be added? (I have eye bolts on the exterior wall to connect scaffold for stability.) I must add screws into the metal roof ridge which is about 35-36'. I'm 5'8
