The one star applies to Tractor Supply, not the scaffold. The scaffold is great, but it was badly handled in storage. One frame is damaged such that I can only use it on the top level, and I cannot use the safety rail when that frame is used. The plastic wrap that they used to hold everything on the pallet was torn, and two of the coupling pins apparently fell out. I reported this on their website seven days ago. The website said that they would respond in two business days, but I have not heard anything from them. Instead, last night they sent me an e-mail asking for a review. So, this is the review.

Great product. All parts came. Nothing was missing. Wry easy to install. You don’t need an engineering degree for that one. Over all great product. Rated 2 stars as the product came all bite up, scratches everywhere on the coating and with some rust. Not what I was expecting from a brand new product. Well it’s a scaffolding after all. What were you expecting!?
