The Merck Animal Health Ralgro Implant Gun is the exclusive applicator gun for Ralgro implants. This cattle implant gun is designed with a small needle for reduced tissue trauma and greater retention. The implant gun comes with 6 needles.

- Cattle implant gun designed with small needle for reduced tissue trauma and greater retention
- Ralgro implant gun comes with 6 needles
- Always use sharp needle; As needles become dull, they may tear tissue and make proper implanting difficult
- Be sure that needle is fully seated in implant gun; This ensures that pellets will be expelled from needle as gun's plunger is extended; Failure to set needle could cause last pellet to be left in needle and not implanted
- After implanting, wipe needle with cotton or gauze moistened with alcohol or other suitable disinfectant; Do not dip needle in solution or needle may become plugged
- Replace needle when dull

Q: A little lost implant? For scanning and can it be used on goats?

- A: Thank you for your question. The RALGRO implant increases rate of weight gain and improves feed conversion of weaned beef calves, growing beef cattle, feedlot steers, and feedlot heifers for beef cattle.
