Flush Tank – Fill your tank with clean water, turn on your sprayer and flush out your spray gun by pulling the spray gun trigger. If you have a broadcast sprayer, you will need to flush out your broadcast spray boom as well with clean water. We recommend doing this process outside in an area where the left-over chemical will not affect your surroundings. 2. Let Dry – After sprayer has been flushed out with clean water, remove clean water from tank drain port. You can speed up the drying process by using compressed air to remove all excess water from your tank. 3. Add in RV Anti-Freeze – Pour RV anti-freeze into the tank. Take your spray gun, point into the inside of the tank, and pull the trigger. Continue to hold until RV anti-freeze comes out of the spray gun. 4. Remove Attachments – If you have a broadcast sprayer, remove the nozzles and nozzles strainers from your broadcast spray boom. Grab containers and either hang or sit below the open ports where the nozzles were removed from. Turn on sprayer and once you see RV anti-freeze come out, the spray boom is now winterized. 5. Drain RV Anti-Freeze – After your spray gun and broadcast spray boom have been winterized, drain remaining RV antifreeze from the sprayer tank into a container using the tank drain port. Don’t forget to condense all RV anti-freeze into one container. Follow the RV anti-freeze label for proper disposal. 6. Storing – Store your winterized sprayer and removed parts in a clean and dry place.
