This thing is made out of pot metal with poor quality welding, paint, parts, everything. Tractor Supply should be ashamed of themselves. This is down right un-American to sell this junk.

DO NOT BUY! Purchased this for my son for Christmas and 4 days later it stopped working. My son is only 66 pounds. The tractor will start but not shift into gear. Called customer service because it has a “warranty” but they will not honor it. Customer service is very rude as well. They stated that we could talk to tractor supply about possibly getting a refund and returning it. I have a deviated child and the tractor cost too much for this to have happened after 4 day.

We just bought this tractor as a Christmas present for our grandson. He drove it Christmas Day and around the yard a few days to get used to it. On the 1st he was so excited because he was going to get to do “farm work”. The tractor cranked, went into gear and does absolutely nothing. Called tractor supply (who said we had to go through Massimo) Emailed customer service for Massimo about where to take the tractor to be fixed under their warranty, and received a email from Ashley at Massimo Customer Care saying the only place is 40 minutes from our home and they would cover parts but no labor…. This tractor was picked up Dec 14th, given as a gift the 25th and used less than 15 hours. Not sure why we would have to pay anything to have it “fixed” since it should not be broken. Rather than offer any other solutions, we were told we could return it to Tractor Supply to “see if a refund could be offered” because Massimo doesn’t handle anything like that. My grandson has spent the last 3 days looking at a $2800 gift that at this point is useless. I gave it a 1 not only for the mechanical issue but also the “lack of” customer service.

Bought a tractor and it only starts if i jump start it, it also won't go in to reverse, it won't do what i bought it for to pull a small trailer like they say!
