Dura Fork 2

We own a horse farm - I clean 10 stalls every day - have used at least 6 other brands types of forks - this fork is best. It is the best for removing manure but retaining maximum shavings (shape and design). I have used this brand model for several years. 1 upgrade - my husband adds a "handle" grip like on a snow shovel, and shortens the handle slightly. It eliminates any twisting when you are shaking to release dry shavings. Excellent product though...

JUNK

This fork is junk. I have purchased three of these and everyone of them the basket has broke. They have all split in the area where the handle attaches to the basket. The site indicated I had to at least provide a one "star" rating, what it should be is "zero" star.

    Get it done faster

Can now pick up 2 piles in arena (no hay) in 2-3 scoops vs 4-5 with standard size scoop. Only downside so far is the weight of the tool is a fair amount heavier and the fact you get so much more manure per scoop means total weight is considerably higher. My wife decided to stick with the smaller rake.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

This needs to come with the correct handle

The fork head doesn't match the handle it comes with and turns back and forth when trying to use it. We had to buy a new handle that was the apropriate for the fork.

    Terrible customer service

Ordered this from Thompson, Ga and they sent this part of the order to Washington, Ga without asking me. Then sent me a text stating it was picked up and I was sitting on my couch at home when this happened. I tried to call the store and went straight to voicemail. Called customer service and same happened to them. Was told they would call me back when they go hold of them so they would credit my account. I never heard back, so I disputed the charge. They want a cancellation #, which I cancelled the other part of the order but couldn't for this because it shows picked up. I explained to them what happened and the still won't refund my money. I've been ordering from them for years and this is how they treat their customers

Big basket and allows the dirt/flakes to pass thro

The tines on the front are a bit "flimsy" for digging/scraping, but overall, it works as expected with our stall dirt/flake mixture.
