Quality has gone down. Please fix!

I've been a Litter Genie user for 10 years at this point. I normally love your product. In the last year, however, the quality of your product has changed for the worse. Ever since the bag changed from transparent blue to opaque blue I've been getting rips in the bag. This has happened over 3 different refills. I think what has changed is the tear away seal on the packaging doesn't pull away as smoothly as it used to, and now it leaves jagged edges to rip the bag. I urge you to look into this to keep your product quality high. The last thing I want is to look into the litter genie and find a split bag! - A concern packaging engineer with cats

I have two cats and very limited space for their 3 cat litter boxes. I scoop everyday to keep them clean and avoid the odour. Litter Genie is literally saves my life from smelly litter and keeps my cats happy!

I love this kitty litter genie!! cleaning up after my kitty is so convenient and easy. I love the discrete container, easy disposable, no smell and odour! cleaning the litter box just got easier and more motivating to keep clean. as soon as it's full you take it out and throw it away! love it.

Making Life Easier with Amazing Products

I bought the jumbo refill bags for my litter genie because this way I do not have to change it for awhile. After I scoop the litter I do not smell a thing when it sits in the genie. I take it out when it's full and the bags are so strong, it has never fallen apart from being too heavy. I can't say enough positive things about this system and absolutely love it. I will never go back to not using it.
