Cancelled & Returned order same day, but no refund
a month ago
Attempted to cancel with the 59 minutes like they outline, but was on hold with customer service for more than 90 minutes.
Then after working with customer service received email that return was in process.
3 days later I get a call from the delivery service to verify where I want the delivery to go, I point out that they should have a note that it was cancelled/returned.
They issue ANOTHER return email.
The company still drives the order from Oregon to NY, delivers it on June 2nd to a local store, it is June 8th and I still haven't gotten my refund or had the returned processed.
Having to dispute the charge through my credit card to get a refund.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Expensive delivery had to unload myself!!!

Expensive delivery had to take apart the wood crates and unload 1800 pounds myself, the driver said he is unable to unload the 9ft heavy crates out of the 7ft wide truck with the pallet jack. He said it cannot be unloaded and if I want it I have to unload myself.

These 9’ posts are perfect for the 7’ fence I built. Very strong and the top extender piece is a great addition that allows you to run the top rail a bit higher, or bury the posts a little deeper. All arrived via delivery on time and in great shape.
