The Leupold BackCountry series comes in cross-slot and ring mount styles that accept both Picatinny and Weaver-style rings. This cross-slot model is specifically designed to fit any riflescope with a 34mm main tube. Constructed with incredibly lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum and a milled in recoil lug and low-profile keeper screw.

Back Country rings are my

The rings are solid and

The rings are solid and reliable as always. I was mounting a 56mm objective scope on a Browning X-Bolt Speed II. These rings, combined with the 20 MOA BackCountry Cross slot, were way too high off the barrel. (Rookie Mistake) I reordered the Medium height; they were still roughly . 3" higher than I wanted. But the rings are excellent.
