The Leupold BackCountry series comes in cross-slot and ringmount styles that accept both Picatinny and Weaver-style rings. This cross-slot model is specifically designed to fit any riflescope with a 1" main tube. Constructed with incredibly lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum and a milled in recoil lug and low-profile keeper screw, the BackCountry series is one of our lightest and most rugged hunting-style mounts yet.

It did not fit my

It did not fit my VX-Freedom 3-9x40 . 450 on my Ruger . 450 AR platform. The scope touches oh so slightly the barrel. The description says x40 work with mediums. Get high rings for AR.

Absolutely rock solid scope rings! I utilize BackCountry Cross-Slot Rings on several of my rifles, both in 1” and 30mm (mounted on Leupold BackCountry picatinny rail). Highly recommended.
