Online purchase was great but not the pickup

The online purchase was easy and no hassle. When I went to the Springtown store to pick it up, nobody knew where the item was at. They had to check all of the lockers up front and then finally, somebody else located it somewhere in the back room. The product and online was great, the instore pickup was less than stellar.
