Help with soft veggies

I’ve had this for a couple of years and still aren’t able to use it on cucumbers. The same with zucchinis the inside gets destroyed first. What am I doing wrong?

Great Accessory

I bought this last month and it’s the perfect addition to my accessories. From perfect Apple, and potatoes slices to zucchini noodles it’s just what I need to spruce up my recipes. The potatoes don’t take as long to bake; a little bacon and cheese addition and their ready to go!

Got it as a gift. Wish it could go deeper into the core however with the zoodle attachment you can whittle a zucchini down to the seeds

One of the greatest purchases I've made in a while
a year ago
I bought this several weeks ago and I have used it nearly every day. I start every day with some chicken salad wrapped in cucumber or apple.
I also made potato wrapped chicken enchiladas that were AMAZING
I have sweet potato lasagna in the oven right now and tomorrow will be sweet potato and egg roll ups for breakfast.
I only wish I could find more sources for recipes!
