So many great uses

A must have for your kitchen. I use this weekly shred cheese to prep for meals. I buy a variety of different cheese blocks then prep them with this for various meals for the week. Very easy to work and clean. My kids enjoying helping with meal prep now.

I appreciate the things I am able to accomplish with my slicer /shredder. Unfortunately, my number one use is shredding all different kinds of cheeses, often up to two pounds at a time. When grating cheeses the grater does a great job but they do not fall out of the front, instead the clog up the turning blade. This could easily be remedied if there were a cone with fins that pushed the grated cheese out of the turning blade. It should not be a technical challenge to add this feature. I would gladly purchase another set of blades with this feature.

Youth Camp down the TUBE
a month ago
this is the 2nd time i have purchased this item 1st time the plastic tube broke off i figured must have been my fault so i just bought another one
now this week working for a youth camp my second one broke less than 6months old and doesn't get used much very disappointed now i will have to shred item by hand because i cant afford to purchase another one at this time

Shreds veggies nicely

Was hoping it would be a bit less effort to push the carrots into the attachment but it’s not quite as powerful as a dedicated food processor
