Add a flour power rating of 8 cups, which means you can make enough dough for 6 dozen cookies, 3 loaves of bread or 6 pounds of mashed potatoes in a single batch. This model also features a 250W motor and a 4-1/2 qt. stainless steel bowl. The Onyx Black finish gives the mixer a sleek look.

I have been wanting one of these for years. Now that I am making my own bread, the kneading feature on this mixer is a life saver. Even on other cookie batches, etc., it just makes my life so much easier. Clean up is a cinch as well.

I love this machine! I have arthritis in my hands so I have not been able to knead my bread. Thos mixer does it all! I chose Kithenaid because of the attatchments you can get. Once you buy the main part, options of what can be done with this is endless!! I recommend!!
