Super Grippy half chaps. I am on my second pair. The first pair lasted me a year riding 4-5 times a week. They are very snug the first couple of times you put on but after that they fit great. Plus I have chunky calfs. I hosed the mud off several times during mud season and my legs stayed dry. Highly recommend.

I purchased these in the largest size available and they were WAY too small. I'm 5'4" and about 175lbs, so I was surprised the biggest size didn't fit.

I ordered a small regular as I am short and petite. I normally wear an XS in Ariat half chaps. When I first put these on I questioned if I had gained weight because they were a really snug small, but after a couple rides they have molded to my leg! I think they are meant to fit tight and work to your shape. They are extremely comfortable after a short break in. They provide good grip without being obtrusive, clean up easily, and fit over both my paddock boots. The only thing I wish differently is that they are a little awkward to zip and they attract dirt like no other!!! i have only owned these a couple months so can't review their durability, but seeing how my kerrits breeches have held up I'm sure they will too! :) Don't mind my photos I was wearing my sweats with them lol!

I had to return these half chaps, as they just didn't work for me. I have long legs, and even though I measured and ordered the medium tall, (17"), the back of the half chaps were all the way up into the bend at the back of my knee and the front portion was actually up onto my kneecap. Also, the chaps didn't come close to closing over my Ariat paddock boots. I love SmartPak's return policy!
