Bought this to cover a boat for the winter - used to go through lighter-weight tarps about one a year. This came through winter like new. Looks like I'll use it many years.

Bought this tarp last August to cover hay wagons if we didn't get hay in the barn before a rain. Used it once last year for about a week. Stayed inside all winter. This summer the tarp tears if you try to pull it at all. Even just the weight of the tarp. We lost about 200 bales of hay because the tarp was tied down and completely tore apart from a breeze.

I liked the thickness of this tarp, it seemed like it was designed to live up to its task. However it failed within the first 2 months the and the store was not at all helpful with warranty replacement. The grommets promptly ripped out with first slightly strong winds.
