    $14 shipping for a $5 item that hasn’t arrived.

    On March 09 2024 I purchased very small $5 adapter and was charged a shipping fee of $14. I couldn’t find this adapter anywhere else so I bit the bullet and ordered it from Tractor Supply. I was supposed to receive it by March 14th. It’s now April 1st and I’ve yet to receive my order. The tracking info hasn’t changed since March 11th. Last week I sent a request for help to their customer service department but I’ve received nothing from them. In my request for help I asked them to either get me my small 1/2” to 3/4” adapter or give me a refund. I knew if they didn’t respond there was really nothing I could do. Then today, this request to rate my purchase experience arrived. So, at least I can share my difficulties with other buyers. I absolutely hate leaving a bad review but maybe it will give other potential customers pause before purchasing something online from them.

    No, I do not recommend this product.
